First treatment
- Two treatments required four weeks apart 4ml+2ml £600
Maintenance treatment
- Four to six months since first treatment 2ml £300
- Six to eight months since first treatment 4ml £450
- More than eight months since first treatment 4ml + 2ml £600
Patients must be medically suitable and over 18 years of age.
Eve Bird Medical reserve the right to refuse treatment, refund will be given less £25 admin charge.
